Not Again Ms Lauryn Hill!

Lauryn Hill was late to yet another show, this time 3 hours late. This is not the first time Ms Hill has performed a stunt like this. Just last year Ms Hill was 2 hours late to another concert saying that she had to, "align her energies," and then later posted a statement saying that she "doesn't come to later performances because she doesn't care." That statement is here.

But anyway, fans who bought tickets to Lauryn Hill’s Pittsburgh concert were livid as they waited for hours while Hill was a no-show at her own event.

The 41-year-old singer did eventually show up to the concert, three hours late. A disc jockey on the bill, DJ Motormane, tells the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette that Hill was at Heinz Hall by 5:30 p.m. to rehearse for Tuesday night's 8 p.m. show, but that her band apparently was delayed by weather.

Motormane played until about 9:30 p.m. followed by musician Paul Beaubrun, before Hill's DJ took the stage at 10:30 p.m. Ms Hill didn't hit the stage until about 11:30pm and perform until 1 something in the morning for the fans who stayed and patiently waited and didn't walk out and requested refunds.

Of course, as soon as fans started to post on social media about the delay, Twitter let her (and her fans) have it, not only calling Hill a scammer who “doesn’t care about her musical legacy” but also expressing surprise that people even bought tickets to the event with the expectation that they would get to see Hill perform. Other fans also tweeted that they will never pay to see her again and called her a scammer.

Damn Ms Hill, you gotta stop being late while you still have loyal fans out there who are willing to pay to still come and see you. Why be late? if you knew the weather was gonna be bad you should have left early or at least have the courtesy to let your fans know what was going on and why you weren't going on stage on at you regular time. But that ya'll girl. I love me some Lauryn Hill but this is exactly why I would pay to go see her. This is now a hobby not a mistake or an oops.
